For several hours Massata Diack, a former IAAF marketing consultant was questioned in relation with graft blanketing at the world athletics body.
He was banned for life last month by the world athletics body and is accused of extortion in several Russian doping cases.
An international alert was issued by Interpol in January following an arrest warrant by France. Nevertheless, Senegal has said they will not extradite Massata Diack.
On the other hand, his father was found responsible by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) for organizing and facilitating the conspiracy and corruption in the athletics governing body.
